The sleeping pad is, point of fact, the dirtiest item we have close contact with. The normal sleeping pad contains a large number of Dust Mites. 

While the dust bugs are moderately innocuous, the fecal pellets of these Dust Mites contains a substance called Guanine which is an intense allergen. This makes your bed the unhealthiest place around you.
